Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Confirm booking details, provide accurate information on rates, availability, and hotel amenities.
• Process payments and manage reservation amendments or cancellations efficiently.
• Upsell services and packages to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings and promotions to assist guests effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, travel agency, or a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with booking systems and general computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
