Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Administer and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy.
• Support performance management cycles and assist in developing employee training programs.
• Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar broad HR role.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to apply them remotely.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR process administration.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Effective virtual communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across dispersed teams.
