Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Administer and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Support performance management cycles and assist in developing employee training programs.
- Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention in a remote setting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar broad HR role.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to apply them remotely.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR process administration.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Effective virtual communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across dispersed teams.
