About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Remote HR Generalist to join their fully distributed team, based remotely with a focus on supporting operations within the Milton Keynes area. This role is crucial for providing comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across various locations, ensuring consistent application of policies and fostering a positive remote work culture. You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, talent management, and compliance, all within a fully remote framework. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, addressing queries and resolving issues effectively.
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires in a virtual environment.
- Oversee employee relations, conducting investigations and mediating conflicts remotely.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, adapting them for a remote workforce.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure data privacy compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role, with a strong understanding of remote work best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its application to a distributed workforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and remote collaboration tools.
- CIPD Level 3 or above qualification preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload effectively with minimal supervision.
