Remote HR Generalist

You will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, providing essential support to employees and managers, and contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support the performance management process, ensuring effective goal setting and feedback mechanisms are in place.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, adapting them for a remote context.
• Contribute to recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UK employment law and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong skills in HRIS management and general office productivity software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for virtual interaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
