Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers on queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

• Manage HR documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, coordinating virtual interviews and inductions.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR service delivery and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

• Solid experience in a generalist HR role, with a proven ability to manage diverse HR functions.
• Excellent understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and standard office software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision in a remote setting .
