Our client is looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Remote HR Manager to lead their People Operations function, supporting a distributed workforce. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives for a remote workforce.

- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR legal compliance, especially in a remote context.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR leadership role, with a strong focus on remote operations.
- Deep understanding of UK employment law and best practices for remote and hybrid workforces.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and remote collaboration tools.
