Our client is looking for a proactive and seasoned Remote HR Manager to lead their HR function from anywhere in the UK. This role is integral to shaping and executing HR strategies that support our growing, distributed workforce. You will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee development and retention, ensuring a cohesive and productive employee experience across virtual teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HR policies and procedures for a remote workforce.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and collaborative virtual work environment.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Advise leadership on complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
- Utilise HR technology and analytics to track key HR metrics and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in HR management, preferably with a significant focus on remote or distributed teams.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
- Strong skills in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms is essential.
