Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development.
- Oversee all aspects of employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures in a remote context.
- Lead and manage the HR team (if applicable) and external HR support services, fostering a collaborative and high-performing remote culture.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant UK employment legislation and best practices, adapting them for a remote workforce.
- Drive initiatives for employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and continuous professional development.
- Utilise technology and communication tools effectively to manage HR operations and engage remote employees.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior HR Management role, with a proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its application in various work settings, including remote environments.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing complex employee relations cases.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and remote collaboration tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing remote-first HR policies and procedures is highly desirable.
