About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and organised Remote HR Operations Manager to lead their HR operations function, offering a fully remote working model. This critical role involves overseeing the efficient delivery of HR services, including HRIS management, payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. You will be responsible for optimising HR processes, implementing new systems, and providing strategic direction to the HR operations team, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all HR operational activities, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies across all HR operations.
• Lead and mentor the HR operations team, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Implement and manage HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively communicated.
• Analyze HR operational data to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing HR operations at a managerial level.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Strong experience with HRIS systems and HR technology implementation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a remote team effectively.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent is essential.
