About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and organised Remote HR Operations Specialist to manage and enhance their HR operations and systems. This role is vital for ensuring the efficient and accurate administration of HR processes, from payroll support to benefits management, all within a fully remote framework. You will be responsible for maintaining HR data integrity, optimising HRIS functionality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and operations, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement, contributing to a seamless employee experience across our distributed workforce, supporting teams based in and around Reading .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation programmes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and document HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are accessible and understood.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, including system upgrades and process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Operations or HR administration role, with a focus on HRIS.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, UK employment law, and data privacy regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience preferred.
