About the Role
Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Remote HR Project Manager to lead and execute various HR transformation projects. This contract role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK, though based out of our Cambridge operational area. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a crucial role for driving significant improvements in our HR processes and systems across the organisation, impacting employees nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of HR projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, in a remote setting.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets for HR initiatives.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders.
- Ensure HR projects align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex HR projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with HR processes, systems, and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working remotely.
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prince2 or PMP certification is highly desirable.
