About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Remote HR Specialist with a focus on Employee Relations to join their organisation. This critical role will involve advising on and managing complex employee relations issues across the business, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and legal compliance. You will work autonomously from a remote location, collaborating closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
- Lead on the investigation and resolution of complex employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and disputes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and best practices in all employee relations matters.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive employee relations climate and proactively manage risk.
- Conduct training sessions for managers on employee relations best practices.
- Review and update employee relations policies and procedures as necessary.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Employee Relations within an HR context.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application in ER matters.
- Proven ability to conduct investigations and mediate disputes effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide clear, concise advice.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent relevant professional experience.
