You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, handling a wide range of HR queries and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, answering queries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Manage employee data accurately within the HRIS, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting and review processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives, particularly those focused on employee engagement and well-being in a remote setting.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company HR policies, offering guidance where necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR Specialist or HR Generalist role, with a strong understanding of UK employment law.
• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and HRIS systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a remote work environment.
• Experience supporting a geographically diverse or remote workforce is a plus.
