Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an HR Specialist or Senior HR Generalist, with a strong understanding of remote HR practices.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best practices, applicable to various working arrangements.
• Demonstrated success in managing employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, effective in a virtual environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and advanced data analysis capabilities.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification.
