Remote HR Specialist

About the Role

In this role, you will provide essential HR support across various functions, including employee onboarding, HR administration, policy implementation, and general employee queries. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations for a geographically dispersed workforce, upholding company policies, and contributing to a positive and productive remote work culture. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle for remote staff, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters, benefits, and payroll.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Support the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR Specialist or HR Generalist role, with a focus on remote operations.
• Familiarity with UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and other HR technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• CIPD qualification or working towards one is advantageous.
