Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and remote support best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installation Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of various HVAC systems.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide others through technical procedures remotely.
• Proficiency with video conferencing and remote support software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote-first environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Gas Safe, NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) are highly desirable.
