This position will focus on providing remote support, diagnostics, and guidance for HVAC systems across various client sites, primarily supporting field engineers and end-users. You will leverage advanced diagnostic tools and communication technologies to resolve complex technical issues without being physically present on-site. Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for HVAC systems using advanced diagnostic software and remote access tools.
- Guide on-site technicians and clients through complex repair and maintenance procedures via video calls and phone.
- Analyze system performance data and fault logs to identify root causes of issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for remote support procedures and common solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.
- Assist in the remote commissioning and configuration of new HVAC installations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician with strong diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in using remote monitoring and diagnostic software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Familiarity with various HVAC system components and controls.
