About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote Hygiene and Sanitation Manager to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive hygiene programs across their organization. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve hygiene and sanitation strategies and policies for the organization.
• Oversee the performance of cleaning staff and third-party service providers, ensuring adherence to standards and contractual obligations.
• Conduct virtual audits and assessments to monitor compliance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage budgets for cleaning supplies, equipment, and services, optimizing for cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in hygiene and sanitation.
• Provide guidance and support to operational teams and facilities management on all hygiene-related matters.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Hygiene Management, Sanitation, or Facilities Operations , with a proven track record of managing complex programs.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams or services in a remote or distributed environment .
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to cleaning and sanitation.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
