About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Impact Measurement Analyst to join their team, working remotely from Portsmouth . This role is essential for evaluating and demonstrating the effectiveness of our programs and initiatives within the Charity & Voluntary sector . You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data collection and analysis frameworks, translating complex data into clear insights, and communicating our impact to stakeholders. This is a critical position for an individual passionate about data-driven decision-making and maximizing social outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine methodologies for measuring social impact and program effectiveness.
• Design data collection tools and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess program outcomes and identify trends.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate impact findings to various audiences.
• Collaborate with program teams to integrate impact measurement into project design and delivery.
• Stay abreast of best practices and innovations in impact measurement and social return on investment (SROI).

Requirements

• Proven experience in impact measurement , evaluation, or data analysis, ideally within the Charity & Voluntary sector .
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with expertise in statistical software or tools.
• Excellent data visualization and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in survey design, data collection methods, and database management.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual capable of excelling in a fully remote work environment.
