Remote Impact Measurement Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Impact Measurement Specialist to join their team on a fully remote basis, supporting their operations in Edinburgh and across Scotland. This role is essential for understanding and articulating the tangible difference our client makes in the community, within the Charity & Voluntary sector . You will be responsible for designing and implementing frameworks to measure, evaluate, and report on the impact of their programs and initiatives, providing critical data to inform strategy and demonstrate value to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust frameworks for measuring and evaluating the social impact of the organisation's programs.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to assess program effectiveness and outcomes.
• Develop compelling reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate impact findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training to program staff on data collection and impact measurement best practices.
• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in impact measurement and evaluation.
• Contribute to strategic planning by providing data-driven insights on program performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in impact measurement, evaluation, or research, preferably within the Charity & Voluntary sector .
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience in developing and implementing data collection tools and frameworks.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
