Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in industrial engineering or operations management, with a focus on process improvement.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and a proven track record of successful project implementation.
• Proficiency with process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python).
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
