Key Responsibilities

• Design and document optimized processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar process improvement role.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Quality Management principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab) and process mapping software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
