Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage special projects focused on industrial engineering improvements, process redesign, and operational efficiency enhancements remotely.

• Develop innovative solutions and implement strategies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve productivity across various business units.
• Create detailed project plans, manage timelines, and communicate progress effectively to virtual stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
• Proficiency with simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and project management software.
• Exceptional ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
