Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement through remote observation and data analysis.
• Develop and model new process designs and workflow optimizations using simulation tools and CAD software.
• Create detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials accessible remotely.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and management, to implement and monitor process changes.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate the impact of implemented solutions.
• Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering or a similar process improvement role.
• Demonstrated experience with process mapping, simulation software, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at virtual collaboration and presentation.
