About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement across geographically dispersed sites.
• Design and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives using digital collaboration tools and virtual methodologies.
• Develop and model optimized workflows, facility layouts, and supply chain networks using simulation software.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and IT, to implement process changes effectively.
• Create detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials for remote deployment.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong emphasis on process optimization and lean methodologies.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting and collaborate with distributed teams.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and optimization software accessible remotely.
