Working entirely from a remote location, you will analyze workflows, optimize processes, and implement best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different sites without direct physical presence. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement using data and simulation tools.
• Design, develop, and implement optimized production systems, layouts, and workflows.
• Conduct time and motion studies to improve worker efficiency and resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practice documentation.
• Collaborate virtually with plant managers, production staff, and engineering teams to implement process changes.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies or equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement , lean manufacturing, and operations analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of production planning and control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills suitable for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
