About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Remote Industrial Engineering Consultant to provide expert guidance on optimizing operations and supply chains. This fully remote position involves assessing client processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. You will work independently and collaborate with client teams virtually, leveraging your deep knowledge of industrial engineering principles and best practices. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who excels in a remote setting and is adept at driving significant operational improvements from afar.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client operational processes and supply chains.
• Develop data-driven strategies and implementation plans for process optimization.
• Analyze workflow bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions for increased productivity.
• Advise clients on the adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, and other efficiency methodologies.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Provide remote support and guidance during the implementation phase of recommendations.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (e.g., Master's) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial engineering consulting or senior operational roles.
• Proven track record of successfully improving operational efficiency and reducing costs for multiple clients.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred), and supply chain optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and client management skills are essential for this remote role.
