Remote Industrial Engineering Manager

About the Role

Our client, a leading global provider of manufacturing consultancy services, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Industrial Engineering Manager to lead their virtual engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of remote Industrial Engineers , fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple industrial engineering projects for clients.
• Develop and implement strategic process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Ensure the technical quality and accuracy of engineering solutions delivered to clients.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the engineering team and projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Black Belt certification highly preferred).
• Demonstrated experience managing projects and teams in a remote or distributed environment.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement.
