Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of operational processes, supply chains, and manufacturing systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Design, develop, and implement optimized workflows, layouts, and production systems using advanced industrial engineering principles.
• Utilize data analytics and simulation tools to model process improvements and predict outcomes before implementation.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and performance metrics for global operations.
• Collaborate effectively with virtual cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and IT, to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to remote site teams on best practices in industrial engineering.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization and system design.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).
• Proficiency with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with project management and delivering results in a distributed team environment.
