Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing operational processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Design and implement optimized workflows, production lines, and facility layouts using CAD and simulation software.
• Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase productivity.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including value stream maps, SOPs, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders virtually to ensure successful project implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, providing ongoing recommendations for further optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in industrial engineering or a similar role.
• Proven track record in implementing lean tools, Six Sigma projects, and process improvements.
• Strong proficiency in process mapping, simulation software, and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
