- Proficiency with security monitoring tools, incident response procedures, and vulnerability management.
- Experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, GIAC) are a strong advantage.
