This pivotal role involves providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support for the installation and ongoing maintenance of complex systems, all conducted via remote access and communication channels. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients' equipment operates at peak performance without the need for on-site visits, leveraging advanced diagnostic tools and your technical expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the installation and setup of specialized equipment and software.

Requirements
