About the Role

This role is critical for guiding customers through the process of setting up and troubleshooting their new equipment via remote support channels. You will be the primary technical point of contact, ensuring a smooth and successful installation experience, troubleshooting common issues, and providing clear, step-by-step instructions. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote technical support and guidance for the installation and configuration of client equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common installation and operational issues through phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation and guides for remote installation processes.
• Assist customers in verifying successful setup and functionality of their systems post-installation.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior support or engineering teams when necessary, ensuring proper documentation.
• Proactively identify potential installation challenges and provide feedback to improve the remote support process.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a technical support, installation, or customer service role, ideally within the Installation & Maintenance field.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Proficiency with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and common operating systems.
• A dedicated home office setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to diagnosing issues remotely.
• Familiarity with common networking concepts and hardware setup is advantageous.
