About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Remote Installation Specialist to join their innovative team, supporting installations and maintenance activities primarily from a remote capacity, though occasional travel might be required. Based remotely, you will provide expert technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and configuration assistance to field technicians and clients globally. This role demands exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of our client's systems, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely. You will be instrumental in ensuring successful deployments and maintaining the high standards our client is known for, regardless of physical location.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for installation and maintenance issues across various platforms.
• Guide field technicians through complex installation procedures and configuration steps via remote tools.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals.
• Analyze performance data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in installation processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve escalated technical issues and contribute to product enhancements.
• Conduct remote training sessions for new technicians and clients on equipment setup and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support, installation, or field service role, with a strong emphasis on remote assistance.
• In-depth knowledge of networking concepts , software configuration, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Proficiency with remote access tools and virtual collaboration platforms .
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
