You will be instrumental in ensuring successful installations, troubleshooting initial setup challenges, and delivering expert advice from a distance. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote guidance for the installation, setup, and configuration of client equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex installation issues identified through remote diagnostics and communication.
• Develop and deliver clear, concise remote training sessions for clients or their designated personnel.
• Create and update remote installation guides, checklists, and best practice documentation.

Requirements
