Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues, patiently walking customers through solutions.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise installation guides and knowledge base articles for customer self-help.
• Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify recurring installation problems and provide feedback to the product and engineering teams for service improvement.
• Proactively monitor customer progress and reach out to offer support before issues arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support, customer service, or installation role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency with common remote support tools and software.
