About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and technically proficient Remote Installation Support Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting customers throughout the UK, including those in Norwich . In this crucial role, you will guide customers through the installation process of our client's products and provide remote troubleshooting assistance for any issues they encounter. You will act as the primary point of contact for installation-related queries, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote, step-by-step guidance to customers during the installation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common installation challenges via phone, email, or remote screen sharing.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, installation progress, and issues encountered.
• Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate support teams or field engineers.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation for installation procedures and FAQs.
• Proactively identify potential customer issues and provide preventative advice.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a technical support , customer service, or installation role is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of basic technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with patience and clarity.
• Proficiency with remote support tools and common software applications.
• Must be self-motivated and effective working independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
