Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules, courses, and training materials using authoring tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into accessible and effective learning content.
- Create multimedia assets, including graphics, videos, and audio, to enhance the learning experience.
- Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning courses and materials.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and pedagogical best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
