Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, incorporating adult learning principles and multimedia elements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) remotely to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Create instructional materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and job aids.
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning effectiveness.
• Utilize various authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) to build and deploy online courses.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing online learning courses.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories, ADDIE, or SAM instructional design models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration or content deployment.
