Remote Instructional Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Instructional Designer to join their fully remote team, contributing to the development of engaging and effective learning experiences. This role is critical in transforming subject matter content into accessible, interactive, and results-oriented educational modules and courses. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and multimedia specialists to create high-quality learning solutions that meet diverse educational and professional development needs. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, workshops, and training materials using adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and performance objectives.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and learning content, incorporating multimedia elements.
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build interactive learning modules.
• Ensure all learning materials are accessible, user-friendly, and meet quality standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
