About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Remote Insurance Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, enabling you to work from anywhere in the UK. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends, evaluate risk, support pricing strategies, and enhance product performance within the insurance sector. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of insurance data to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain statistical models to assess risk, predict losses, and support pricing decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Evaluate the performance of existing insurance products and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and marketing teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging analytical techniques.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote environment.
