Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures relevant to the insurance sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer , preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of UK insurance regulations (e.g., FCA, PRA handbooks).
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and audit procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field; professional compliance certifications are a plus.
