Remote Insurance Customer Service Advisor

About the Role

Our client is looking for a friendly and professional Remote Insurance Customer Service Advisor to join their fully remote team, supporting customers based in and around Brighton . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of inquiries related to their insurance policies, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general queries. You will provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customers feel valued and supported. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails, addressing queries regarding various insurance products.
• Process policy updates, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Provide clear and concise information on policy terms, conditions, and coverage.
• Assist customers with the initial stages of making a claim.
• Identify customer needs and proactively offer appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT literacy, including experience with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A dedicated home office space with a reliable internet connection is essential.
