Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models for pricing, risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
- Analyze large, complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and data mining techniques.
- Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of new strategies and products.
- Collaborate with product managers, actuaries, and engineers to translate business needs into data science solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations and presentations.
- Contribute to the development of data infrastructure and best practices for data science within the organization.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist , with a strong focus on building and deploying predictive models.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and expertise in libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with SQL and working with large-scale data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences, essential for remote collaboration.
