Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for insurance products, aligning with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify product opportunities and gaps.
• Translate product strategy into detailed product specifications, user stories, and requirements for development teams.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development through to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate closely with actuarial , pricing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure product viability and regulatory adherence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within the financial services or insurance industry.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing successful insurance products.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and agile practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a remote environment .
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
