About the Role

Our client is a forward-thinking insurance company looking for a seasoned Remote Insurance Product Manager to spearhead the development and lifecycle management of innovative insurance products. Working entirely from home, you will define product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales. This is a key strategic role focused on identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and translating them into successful insurance offerings that drive growth and competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing insurance products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed product specifications, user stories, and requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product launch and adoption.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on products to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and end-of-life.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management , preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching successful products.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and agile practices.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote environment is essential.
