Remote Interim Tech Lawyer - SaaS & Commercial Contracts

W&P Partners Legal Recruitment seeks an experienced Interim Commercial Technology Lawyer to support a growing technology-focused organisation. The role is predominantly remote, with a Brighton office visit once a week preferred, and an engagement of around four days per week on an outside IR35 basis.

You will draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial/tech agreements and provide pragmatic advice to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
