Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and standard software applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to company resources.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees from a technical perspective.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT Support or Help Desk role, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote environment.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
