Remote Italian-Speaking Executive Assistant to CEO

Bi-Lingual Italian/English Speaking Executive Assistant - Remote (based London/Milan/or Como)

This is a high-trust, right-hand position and we’re looking for someone with excellent judgement, initiative and ownership, alongside very strong diary and extensive international travel & itinerary experience.

Working within a small team in a Family Office environment (all remote) this role is rare and a wonderful opportunity to work for a highly respected and admired international figure. 5 years+ at CEO/Principal level is needed for this role and used to working remotely and not missing a beat.

A specific requirement is fluent Italian and English to a bi-lingual level and significant experience actually living and working in Italy. You will know the ropes in Italy with regard to culture, legal requirements and the general ways of getting things done there. Having worked and lived in Italy is a pre-requisite of the role. You can be based either in London or Milan/Como. If UK based you will be required to travel to Italy every three months or so.

You will have top level experience within a Family Office or a niche working environment at CEO/Principal level and used to keeping one step ahead and tracking a globe trotting successful CEO/Principal. Very high standards are expected and you will want to give your best at all times.

The Principal works at an extremely high level across the globe with other well known Founders and Principals and you will be used to this level of support.

Top communication skills are needed and used to working in a tight Family office style environment. Hands on and helpful is essential, happy to get stuck in with both the small and large requests. Dealing with them with the same energy. Tenacious and used to pushing boundaries with other individuals and companies outside of the Family office to get things done (in a nice way!) to obtain objectives dear to the Principal. The working environment is not rigid but you will be a self starter who can be left to get on with it and always maintains high standards, confidentiality at the highest level.
