Remote L&D Solutions Lead: Shape Learning & Capability

Ingeus in the United Kingdom is seeking an L&D Solutions Lead to act as the primary interface between Learning & Development and the wider HAAS business. The role will own and coordinate the L&D request process, triage and allocate learning needs, and ensure solutions are scalable, accessible and evidence-based to support workforce capability and retention.
